This one day ‘fully accredited’ face to face interactive training workshop will equip the equestrian, and equestrian professional with the tools and knowledge to improve your riding, body awareness and interaction the horse whilst riding.
Who’s this for? This training is suitable for UK and overseas based professional equestrian coaches, riding instructors, competition riders, riding clubs, livery yards (*small or big), and like minded equestrian individuals. The course Nikki will teach you basic classical Pilate movements relevant to the rider and show you how to breath, core and posture correctly can positively impact your physical relationship with your horse, whilst riding, and your own mental and physical wellbeing. Nikki will also teach you key static, dynamic stretches for the rider, and the horse. At the end of the day you will be able to:
Venue Available to be delivered within the UK or an Overseas equestrian location. The location to have safe access and egress, access to dry sheltered areas, preferably with a flat enclosed arena or field, and enough space for all participants, and horses. Access to toilets and washing facilities. Seating if possible. In some cases where horses are used veterinary consent may be required. Cost On the basis of 10 – 15 people. Approximately £175 per person. The cost includes tuition of the day, work books and certificates, and access to private Facebook group for Q&A opportunities.
