Nikki is a fully qualified sports and remedial massage therapist, and Pilates instructor. She has been working with people and horses for over fourteen years. In 2014 she qualified with BASI (Body Arts and Science International) as a Pilates mat teacher. This complements Nikki's massage approach and the rehabilitation approach . Her interest in sports and deep tissue massage came about due to her own personal injury experience and found that massage and Pilates together assisted with her own recovery and rehabilitation.
Nikki is keen horse rider, cyclist and believes in keeping physically active, especially being ‘rider fit’. Nikki understands and is aware of how the body reacts and can tense up under stress, training and everyday life.

Who We Are? Nikki works with a variety people, not just riders, and from all areas of life, age groups, fitness levels and with varying injuries. Clients range from fitness professionals, team GB athletes, yoga and Pilates teachers, riders as well as the older generation.
Nikki has a strong client base and regular Pilates classes within London and the South-East. In addition, she works along side a number of other professionals at a South-London Chiropractic clinic.
Nikki’s interest in horses has led her to owning horses for most of her adult life, and working within the equestrian world. Nikki offers an impressive equestrian portfolio for both horse and rider.
Qualifications include: ITEC Dip Human Sports Massage Therapy, ITEC Dip Equine Sports Massage (under the tuition of Mary W Bromiley), BASI Pilates Mat teacher, IIHHT (holistic massage), First Aid trained, BHS Ass. Ride Leader, PTTLS 7303. Burrell Education to include; Pregnancy & Post Natal Massage & Remedial Therapy - including fascia and scar tissue work, Pregnancy & Post Natal Exercise & Wellness. Foundation in Advanced Clinical Massage (JING), Deep tissue & forearm massage (JING), Hip & Pelvis Remedial massage (JING), Shoulder biomechanics - Pilates (BASI).
