Pilates 1:1,1:2 & group classes
Including Equestrian specific Pilates, Reformer, Small groups sessions are held at a private studio in the LB of Bromley.

Prior booking essential for all group classes.

• 1:1 60 minutes £60 per hour
• 1:2 60 minutes £ 75 per hour
• Pilates classes held Monday’s & Friday’s at 10.15am. (£66 six week block).

Equestrian Specific Pilates:-

• Tuesday’s at 6.30pm (£66 six week block)
• 1:1 £60 (block bookings available with discount)

• Equi-Flex Horse & Rider Biomechanics POA

Mobile appointments available as part Equi-Flex biomechanics programme.

Sports & Remedial Massage:
Appointments held at a private clinic in LB of Bromley.
Limited mobile appointments available POA.

Equi-Flex Biomechanics
A Personalised and bespoke programme for both the horse and rider. By appointment only.


Offered across the South-East to include London, Kent, Essex, Surrey & Sussex.

(Mileage: 80p per mile is chargeable on appointments outside a 10 mile radius from BR2 7AH. To be agreed at time of booking. If existing appointments in the area then mileage may be waivered).

Horse & Rider Workshops & Fully Accredited Training
These training sessions are available to be delivered across the UK and Overseas.

• 45 minutes - £45
• 60 minutes - £60
• Equine Sports Massage - from £65 (first session 90 minutes). Veterinary permission may be required, discuss at time of booking.
